As a Care Support Worker, you will play an important role in ensuring
and aiding clients achieve their full potential. You will assist them
in building their strengths and abilities, while maintaining a
positive and trustworthy relationship. You will successfully assist
with tasks of daily living such as meal preparation and personal care,
while recording notes and providing detailed handovers to your peers
on shift.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
To be successful in your new role, you will hold a Minimum of QQI
Level 5 in Social Care, Healthcare or Disability. In addition to this,
you will have experience in working within the social care or
healthcare industry. You will be flexible to work various shift
patterns and have a full driver?s licence.
